Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Anakis grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Merchant work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Merchant.

Personality: Cockaby hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Cockaby was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
