History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gimgen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Scribe job and began his own company from there.

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the right. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Alexandre is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mordai grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 34. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He has worked as a Painter like his mother before him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and balancing his hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult
