The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Artin is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Artin was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Artin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
