Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Fragrant was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
