History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sariel grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her childhood dream was to be a Shepherd, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Phann and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture
