History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gynk was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
