Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Rael alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she wears skinny pants and wears a blue and tan robe with the hood down. Her hair is short and auburn. She has a dull look in her brown eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jarsali embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
