History: Shifting hails from a village terrorized by goblins. At some point he was captured by goblins and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Seamstress for the past few years.

Her hair is cut close to her head. She has a dull look in her red eyes.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Akta was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Interpreter for the past few years.

Description: This light-skinned female typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her tied-back hair is chestnut. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
