History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He became a Engraver soon after.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Aldous was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
