History: Born in the west to a Animal Trainer, Adelard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Oriel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is a great chef.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Jane was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.
