Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Anne never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
