Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He struck the Barber job and began his own company from there.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and money/treasure
