Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Silent was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Actor. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
