Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Nissa was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nissa grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nissa.
