Description: He stands about 3'3" and wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a greataxe, but if one is not available he will default to his whip. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has blue eyes and a white hat with a red feather.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Joser enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is content

Description: This man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his left hand. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He comes from a rich western family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mercenary. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Layabout. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A 2'9" southern woman, she wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a white coat. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Trym never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears dull tan sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed warhammer, just in case. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Drusilia embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Locksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Locksmith work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new locksmith responsibilities is difficult
