History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Mantus was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Layabout. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Animal Trainer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Tailor but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is an amazing painter.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
