History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Gale abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. At a young age her father died while driving off some dire rats. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in bastard sword use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hillanot studied abroad. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
