History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When Tippletoe reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: Barakas hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
