She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. The war was a terrible time for her, and Jacoba does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Jacoba was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 17. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
