History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Skog was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Skog and his spouse have recently divorced.

Through the years after Avice was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Avice's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
