History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Tanner, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his mother before him.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Miller but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ootah grew up listening to her father's many stories. She worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion
