Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: She got into the Guard business at a young age. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a blue costume with the symbols of strength on her torso. Her white hair is smooth and relatively long. She is baby faced.
Personality: She is happy with her job as a Scribe. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. Being a Scribe kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. The war was a terrible time for her, and Millicent does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Glassblower soon after.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: Standing 3'0", this man wears a simple white robe with grey stripes complete with hood. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Dragonborn culture. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and dragonborn compassion
