Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Zook never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Her first spouse was a Sailor, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She bought a sword and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.

Description: This late middle aged man wears dark leathers with embroidery and is in decent physical shape. His hair is chestnut and very short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. Mordai enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Mordai was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mordai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mordai. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she has money and likes to spend it
