History: Oskar was born the youngest of three triplets. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Junk Dealer.

Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed scythe, just in case. She has dyed her greying orange fur a little too much giving a sharp orange color. She has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents enrolled her in a Cleric school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She became a Ruler soon after.
