History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Liftrasa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense.
