Description: An older woman who wears a red Stetson hat and red clothes, she is not a threatening figure. Her moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Stacee grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Stacee. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a green coat over a pastel low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His rusty crest, when down, is lengthy. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Patrin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
