Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Rathkran and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Emerald is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in the west to a Bather, Emerald learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Priest, but he got bored and became a Bather. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Tanner who has hired her part-time. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and wants her loneliness to end
