History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Randal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Randal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barrister responsibilities is difficult; and he has money and likes to spend it
