Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his bastard sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: Roland wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Roland is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Roland was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Detective. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Detective, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Ilanis was born the youngest of three triplets. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and to unite with her brother
