Description: She is in excellent shape and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep pastel leather and dull black iron scale mail. She has done her best to style her yellow fur to look like a famous performer. Her eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Three grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Three. Being a Ruler kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
