History: Dazzazn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. The war was a terrible time for her, and Shanairla does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: The child of a Cartwright, who enjoyed hunting, Shanairla was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
