Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a Doctor, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'4". She wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a glaive, but if one is not available she will default to her scythe. She has moderate length dark red hair. She has gleaming, smiling silver eyes.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Purah was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Being a Glassblower kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His white hair is cut short. His eyes are gray.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Igden was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Igden took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Borun isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Borun was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
