Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: She is a mite stocky and is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her golden hair is knotted and matted. Her gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.
