History: Born to a Priest, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Rathkran speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Hamil's homeland. Hamil decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
