His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Everard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her parents enrolled her in a Commoner school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hirrathak studied abroad. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Hirrathak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
