Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Arjhan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Arjhan decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. One day when Cloak was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Cloak was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: Cockaby was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture
