Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Fortune-teller, and she later adopted a second son.

History: Birel was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Glassblower, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Map Maker.
