Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Bryseis was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Barber. She now owns her own business.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 6'3" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. Her crest is cut close to her head. Her eyes are gold.

Personality: She is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though she does not identify as such. A true patriot, Kava would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and to prove his worth to the world
