History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student she started as a Carter, but she got bored and became a Weaver. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Percival managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
