Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a trident on his belt. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Lance enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She prefers to wear grey clothing when she does not wear armor. Her red hair is cut short. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a tan costume with the symbols of strength on her torso. She wears her chestnut hair up. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She hates Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Ridaro lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her yellow robe. She has brown hair. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Healer for the past few years.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and doesn't want to be a healer and was forced into it by her family
