Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Spy and occasionally as a mercenary.

His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
