History: Born in the east to a Mayor, Morkral learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Morkral was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Morkral's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
