History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a Shipwright soon after.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Paela was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Taklinn has worked very hard to control his curse. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Weaver for the past few years.
