Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Phelaia's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Detective but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Detective arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His first spouse was a Ruler, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Armorer for the past few years.
