Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When Gunnloda reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel.
