Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a tan coat over a red low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head. His hair is long and red with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. His addictions have taken their toll on his wallet, and he has found himself with a great deal of debt owed.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears an entirely grey suit with violet socks and a vest with buckled shoes. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Diggory is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Diggory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Cartwright like his mother before him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born in a small island village. Dreali liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
