History: Mindartis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Painter and found it very stressful. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
