Description: An older man who is dressed in a clean violet cloak covering his clean studded leather, he is not a threatening figure. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dean embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. Dean enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. History: Gifted from a young age, Rathkran studied abroad. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
