History: He was born in the east. Oskar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Oskar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Description: He is a husky man, who is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the right. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ozyman embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Markosian learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and to be a bellfounder again
