History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Barakas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand. After a long history of fighting, Barakas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Engraver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Olivia was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
